Vermont residents with solar net-metering systems installed by SolarCity received this Sept. 14, 2017, memo, from Vermont PUC Chair Anthony Roisman, alerting them of the PUC investigation into the company for allegedly failing "to submit the required registration forms for a number of solar-net-metering systems."
