This Public Utility Commission memorandum explains necessitations for filing a document as a "motion" using ePUC, the online case-filing and document-management system. A party requesting Commission action - e.g., changing the schedule in a proceeding - must file the request as a "motion."
The format of the document is unimportant; however, the document must be correctly identified as a motion when the filer selects the "document type" in the ePUC system.
