The Public Hearing will commence at 6:45 P.M., or immediately following a presentation at 6:30 P.M. hosted by the Vermont Department of Public Service where ER Salvage Yard Solar, LLC, d/b/a Encore Renewable Energy will describe the project and answer questions about project details.
