Service Quality Plan

This version of Vermont Gas Systems, Inc.'s service quality and reliability plan was approved by the Vermont Public Utility Commission in its August 9, 2022, order in Case 22-1778-PET.

This version of Efficiency Vermont's service quality and reliability plan was approved by the Public Utility Commission in its July 29, 2014, order in Case EEU-2014-03.

In its June 19, 2020, order in case 20-1502-PET, the Public Utility Commission approved a temporary modification to Sections II.10.f. and g. of the version of Vermont Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s service quality and reliability plan that is attached here. The temporary modification changed the time for “normal business hours” on non-holiday weekdays to 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This change will be in effect until the moratorium on involuntary utility service disconnections imposed by the Commission in Case 20-0703-PET is lifted.

The Commission approved this updated service quality and reliability plan in its July 11, 2024, Order in Case 24-1699-PET.
