PUC Case No. 23-2220-RULE-Workshop-Proceeding to design the potential Clean Heat Standard Overall Pacing Process

RE: The purpose of the workshop on the Overall Pacing Process is to discuss the process by which the Commission will set and triennially update the ten-year schedule of total annual credit retirement requirements, the information and input that should go into the ten-year schedules, and the process for considering good-cause temporary adjustments. The Commission would like to use this workshop to begin determining the process by which the Commission will expeditiously convert the results of the potential study into the required amounts in the fall of 2024.
