Word Template for Prefiled Testimony

Commission Rule 2.213(C) states the formatting requirements for prefiled testimony. While the preferred form for prefiled testimony is question and answer format, prefiled testimony may also be filed in a narrative format. All prefiled testimony must: (1) be typed and double spaced; (2) include line numbers in the left-hand margin; and (3) be preceded by a separate page that provides a short summary of the testimony and exhibits referred to in the testimony.
