The Clean Heat Standard’s Technical Advisory Group, Pacing Subgroup, has scheduled a special meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am ET. The subgroup will continue discussing the process by which the Commission should set and adjust the total number of credits to be retired each year over a ten-year period, primarily using the Department of Public Service’s filing to serve as a straw proposal to evaluate.
