Commission Rule 2.213(C) states the formatting requirements for prefiled testimony. While the preferred form for prefiled testimony is question and answer format, prefiled testimony may also be filed in a narrative format. All prefiled testimony must: (1) be typed and double spaced; (2) include line numbers in the left-hand margin; and (3) be preceded by a separate page that provides a short summary of the testimony and exhibits referred to in the testimony. This editable Word template meets these formatting requirements.
