In Re: This case is an informal proceeding to review matters related to Commission Rule 8.313 (“Line Extension Rule”) and the line extension policies and tariffs of cable operators in Vermont. On September 9, 2020, the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) requested information from the Department of Public Service and cable operators about the line-extension request process. Responses were due on January 22, 2021, and reply comments were due February 5, 2021.
