Location: The workshop will be held remotely via GoToMeeting and will begin at 9:30 AM and continue until 3:30 PM, with regular breaks throughout.
This workshop will be devoted primarily to addressing the suggestion by several commenters that we eliminate all references to the Vermont Rules of Civil Procedure and instead incorporate relevant rules into Commission Rule 2. If participants or Commission staff wish to raise other issues during this workshop, and if there is time to do so, that will also be allowed.
