Location: Parties are hereby requested to meet at 68 East Street, Enosburg Falls, promptly at 3:30 P.M. This address is the main entrance for Franklin Foods. It is requested that you park on the street and not in the business parking lot.
The Petitioner is directed to bring at least one large paper copy of the site plan to the site visit for the Hearing Officer and the parties to use for purposes of reference.
The Commission expects that all attendees at the site visit will make best efforts to maintain a six-foot distance from other attendees who are not members of their household. However, the Commission recognizes that given a particular site’s physical characteristics, that may not always be possible to achieve. The Commission directs all attendees at the site visit to wear masks or cloth facial coverings during the site visit.
Attendees are reminded to dress appropriately for the changing weather conditions.
