RE: Workshop Investigation regarding jurisdiction over Green Mountain Power Corporation's Dams to discuss
(1) the appropriate criteria to investigate for each dam,
(2) the work required to gather the information needed for FERC to make its determinations,
and
(3) the timeframe GMP would need to complete the work.
The initial order scheduling this workshop proposed that it be held on May 27, 2021. However, due to scheduling conflicts, the Commission has moved the date to June 3, 2021.
