The Commission will follow its traditional practice of allocating 30 minutes for each side of the case. Because the Vermont Department of Public Service and Chelsea Solar LLC, appear to be aligned in their positions on the Hearing Officer’s proposal for decision, the Commission will direct the parties to allocate 30 minutes among themselves to present argument as they see fit.
