**THE SITE VISIT ONLY IS CANCELLED--THE PUBLIC HEARING IS STILL BEING HELD IN-PERSON IN BENNINGTON**
The Vermont Public Utility Commission will conduct a Site Visit in this proceeding on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. Parties are hereby requested to meet near 1004 Holy Smoke Road, Shaftsbury, VT 05262, promptly at 2:15 P.M. From there the site visit will begin at 2:30 P.M.
Due to the terrain and changing weather conditions it is suggested that individuals wear long pants and appropriate footwear.
The Petitioner is directed to bring at least one large paper copy of the site plan to the site visit for the Commission and the parties to use for purposes of reference.
