05 December 2017

In seeking opportunities for mediation wherever possible, the Public Utility Commission engaged law students from the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program in designing alternative dispute resolution - or “ADR” - tools for its quasi-judicial proceedings, especially in siting cases.
