The Vermont Public Utility Commission has added the Renewable Energy Standard ("RES") Qualification Registration and Application Forms to ePUC. These forms are used by facilities seeking to be qualified for Tier I or Tier II of the RES and by Vermont retail electricity providers seeking approval to aggregate Tier II facilities.
