The Public Utility Commission ("PUC") hosted a public hearing at the Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans on December 4, 2018 to solicit citizen comments regarding the quality of service provided by Telephone Operating Company of Vermont, Inc., d/b/a Consolidated Communications, Inc.
