Public Hearings: Three Hearings Held on Green Mountain Power Petition for Multi-Year Regulation Plan
On July 26, and 30 and August 1, 2018, the Vermont Public Utility Commission held public hearings at the Municipal Offices in Brattleboro, the Rutland Free Library in Rutland, and City Hall in St. Albans for the purpose of hearing public comments on Case #18-1633-PET. One member of the public attended the Brattleboro hearing and requested additional information about the Company and the proposed regulation plan. One member of the public attended the Rutland hearing and commented on her interest in producing power and selling it to the grid. No members of the public attended the St. Albans hearing. You can read the transcripts of the Brattleboro, Rutland and St. Albans public hearings here and in ePUC.
The Green Mountain Power Corporation proposal would establish a multi-year regulation plan that would apply in the years 2019 through 2022.
