Energy Storage Facilities required to obtain a Certificate of Public Good- 30 V.S.A.§ 248(u)

On December 15, 2022, the Public Utility Commission announced amendments to 30 V.S.A. § 248(u) regarding Energy Storage Facilities. The amendments will go into effect December 31, 2022.
