Press Release: PUC Reports on Easier Participation in Its Proceedings

This press release summarizes the Public Utilty Commission progress report - Increasing Ease of Citizen Participation in Public Utility Commission Proceedings - delivered today to the Senate Committee on Finance, the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy, and the House Committee on Energy and Technology.

The progress report satisfies a component of the 2017 Act 53, which requires the Commission to report by December 15 on the "progress made in implementing the recommendations of the Access to Public Service Board Working Group."
