Second Order Re Amended Procedures for Electronic Filing and Case Management

This order adopts amended procedures governing the use of ePUC. The amendments: (1) expand the use of ePUC to all matters before the Commission with the exception of tariff cases and Dig Safe cases; (2) provide that service lists that are not part of an initial filing in a case may be appended to any other filing, except for prefiled testimony or exhibits, and need not be uploaded as a separate document; and (3) clarify various other provisions of the procedures.

Memorandum Announcing Phase 3 Go-Live and Training Opportunities

This memorandum announces that phase 3 of the Commission's online filing and case management system, known as ePUC, will be going live on November 15, 2017. The memorandum provides a description of the types of cases that are included in phase 3 (reports, rulemakings, telecommunications application forms, and cable television application forms), as well as information about the November 16 and 17, 2017, online training sessions that will be conducted by Commission staff.
