“Legacy cases” are older Public Utility Commission cases that were started before ePUC was available, and if they are still open, will continue to be processed in paper. A legacy case designation does not by itself indicate whether a case is open or closed. Information is available in ePUC about some legacy cases.
- All Commission orders issued in legacy cases after January 1, 2017, will be added to ePUC when they are issued.
- Older Commission orders continue to be added to ePUC. Eventually all older Commission orders will be included in ePUC.
- Parties’ filings that were posted on a “major case page” on the Commission’s old website continue to be added to ePUC.
