PUC Case No, 22-0175-TF and 21-3707-PET Joint Scheduling Conference -Green Mountain Power requesting a 2.34% increase in basic rates and approval of a new Multi-Year Regulation Plan
RE: Case No. 22-0175-TF Tariff filing of Green Mountain Power requesting a 2.34% increase in base rates effective on bills rendered on or after October 1, 2022 and Case No. 21-3707-PET Petition of Green Mountain Power Corporation for approval of a new Multi-Year Regulation Plan pursuant to 30 V.S.A. Sections 209, 218, and 218d. These cases concern two filings made with the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) by Green Mountain Power Corporation (“GMP”): (1) a tariff filing requesting a 2.34% increase in base rates effective on bills rendered on or after October 1, 2022, and (2) a petition for approval of a new multi-year regulation plan (“MYRP”). The Commission has combined these two cases for the purposes of scheduling and hearing.

Pursuant to 30 V.S.A. §§ 20 and 11, GMP will be responsible for court reporter costs incurred by the Commission during the course of these proceedings and billed back to GMP.
