RE: Proposed Revisions to Vermont Public Utility Commission Rule 4.500 (Dam Safety)On December 7, 2022, the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to 3 V.S.A. § 838, filed the attached proposed rule revision and filing documents withthe Vermont Secretary of State.
