At the Monday, November 26, 2018 Public Hearing Regarding PUC Case No. 18-3231-PET, attendees identified these several issues for PUC review.

These three new guides will make it easier for citizens to participate in PUC regulatory proceedings. Written in recognition that the Commission’s quasi-judicial proceedings and vocabulary can be difficult for non-lawyers, the documents can be downloaded from the PUC website. Two will be available as handouts at public hearings; the third will be provided to non-lawyers who have been granted party status in cases with an evidentiary hearing.
