1 The oral argument will address whether the evidentiary record should be reopened to allow the Petitioner an additional opportunity to supplement its evidence on two points (a) the references in the Opt-In Letter and (b) aesthetic considerations and construction logistics associated with one of the adjacent alternative macro-site locations as well as the recommendations of the hearing officer in his August 4, 2022, proposal for decision. The Petitioner will have 30 minutes to argue. The other parties have not submitted substantive comments on the proposal for decision. If the other parties wish to actively participate in the oral argument, they may share an additional 30-minute period for their arguments.
