RE: Proposed revisions to Vermont Public Utility Commission Rule 5.500 On June 23, 2023, the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to 3 V.S.A. § 838, filed the attached proposed rule and filing documents with the Vermont Secretary of State.
