RE: Proposed revisions to Vermont Public Utility Commission Rule 5.500. This is a Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) proceeding to review Commission Rule 5.500, which governs the procedures for the interconnection of electric generation systems.

The purpose of the workshop will be for stakeholders to discuss the procedures for the
submission of interconnection applications. In comments submitted on November 21, 2022,
Vermont Electric Power Company (“VELCO”) recommended that the Commission explicitly
allow for the digitization of interconnection applications.
